No downtime; mild scalp tenderness for 24 hours
Progressive over 3-6 months
Hair mesotherapy delivers vitamins, minerals, and growth factors directly into the scalp through precise microinjections. This treatment nourishes hair follicles, strengthens existing hair, and stimulates new growth, making it an excellent option for thinning hair and early-stage hair loss.
How does it work?
Hair mesotherapy delivers a specialized cocktail of nutrients directly into the scalp at the level of the hair follicle. The cocktail typically contains biotin, panthenol, zinc, copper peptides, minoxidil, vitamins of the B complex, amino acids, and growth factors — each selected for their proven role in supporting hair follicle health, extending the growth phase of the hair cycle, and promoting thicker, stronger hair production.
Using an ultra-fine needle or mesotherapy gun, the solution is injected into the mesoderm of the scalp at regular intervals across the areas of thinning or concern. The nutrients reach the follicles directly, bypassing the barrier of the scalp skin that limits the effectiveness of topical products. This direct delivery ensures that follicles receive a concentrated dose of everything they need to function optimally.
The treatment stimulates hair growth through multiple mechanisms: improving blood circulation to the scalp, nourishing dormant follicles back into the active growth phase (anagen), strengthening the hair shaft to reduce breakage, and extending the duration of the growth cycle. Over a series of sessions, patients typically notice reduced hair shedding, followed by visible increases in hair density and thickness.

Who is it for?
Hair mesotherapy is ideal for men and women experiencing early to moderate hair thinning, increased hair shedding, or androgenetic alopecia (pattern hair loss). It is most effective when started early — the sooner treatment begins after noticing increased hair fall, the better the outcomes, as it is easier to maintain existing follicles than to reactivate dormant ones. This treatment is also excellent for patients who have undergone stressful events, nutritional deficiencies, post-pregnancy hair loss, or seasonal shedding. It can be used as a standalone treatment or combined with PRP for enhanced results. Hair mesotherapy is not effective for complete baldness where follicles have been permanently lost, but it is highly effective for thinning hair and early stages of hair loss.

Frequently asked questions
Most patients notice reduced hair shedding within 2 to 4 weeks of starting treatment. Visible improvement in hair density and thickness typically becomes apparent after 3 to 4 months of consistent treatment, as this corresponds to the hair's natural growth cycle. Full results are usually seen after 6 to 8 months.
The scalp can be more sensitive than other areas, but the needles used are extremely fine and the procedure is well-tolerated by most patients. Some areas may be slightly more sensitive than others. We can adjust the technique and offer numbing solutions if needed to ensure your comfort throughout the session.
An initial intensive phase of 8 to 12 sessions (weekly or biweekly) is followed by maintenance sessions every 1 to 3 months. Because the underlying causes of hair loss (genetics, hormones) are ongoing, some level of maintenance treatment is recommended to sustain results. Stopping treatment entirely may result in gradual return of thinning over time.
