Stretch Mark Treatment
Advanced techniques to reduce and improve the appearance of stretch marks.
45-60 minutes
Mild redness for 24-48 hours
Progressive over 6-12 weeks per session cycle
Our stretch mark treatments combine multiple technologies and techniques to stimulate skin regeneration in affected areas. By promoting collagen remodeling, we significantly reduce the visibility of both recent and mature stretch marks, improving skin texture and tone.
How does it work?
Stretch marks (striae) occur when the skin is stretched beyond its elastic capacity, causing the collagen and elastin fibers in the dermis to rupture. Our treatment approach targets this damaged dermal layer using a combination of techniques designed to stimulate new collagen formation and remodel the scar tissue that has replaced the original skin structure.
For newer stretch marks (striae rubrae, which appear red or purple), we use treatments that capitalize on the existing blood supply and active inflammatory process. Techniques such as microneedling, PRP, and targeted mesotherapy can redirect this inflammation toward constructive tissue remodeling rather than scar formation. Earlier intervention produces significantly better results because the tissue is still actively healing.
For mature, white stretch marks (striae albae), the approach requires more intensive stimulation. We combine microneedling at deeper settings with growth factors and regenerative serums to break down the rigid scar tissue and stimulate new collagen and melanocyte activity. Multiple sessions are needed because each treatment builds upon the previous one, gradually transforming the texture and color of the affected skin. While complete elimination is rarely possible, dramatic improvement in both appearance and texture is achievable.
- Reduces visibility of stretch marks
- Stimulates collagen remodeling
- Effective on both new and old marks
- Improves skin texture in treated areas
- Non-surgical and minimally invasive
- Progressive improvement with each session
Who is it for?
Stretch mark treatment is ideal for anyone who feels self-conscious about stretch marks on their body, whether from pregnancy, rapid weight changes, growth spurts during adolescence, or bodybuilding. It is particularly effective for patients with newer, reddish-purple stretch marks, although significant improvement can also be achieved with older, white marks. This treatment is popular among postpartum women seeking to restore their pre-pregnancy skin appearance, as well as individuals who have lost significant weight and are left with stretch marks on the abdomen, thighs, hips, or arms. Both men and women can benefit, and the treatment can be applied to virtually any body area where stretch marks are present.

Frequently asked questions
While no treatment can completely erase stretch marks to the point where they are invisible, our protocols can significantly reduce their visibility — often by 50-80%. The key is to improve the texture, color, and contour of the marks so they blend much more naturally with the surrounding skin. Newer stretch marks generally respond better than older, white ones.
We recommend waiting at least 3 to 6 months after delivery (and after completing breastfeeding if applicable) before beginning treatment. This allows your hormones to stabilize and your skin to settle into its post-pregnancy state. Starting treatment while stretch marks are still relatively new often yields better results.
We apply topical anesthetic to the treatment area before any procedure, which keeps discomfort to a minimum. Most patients describe the sensation as a mild prickling or warming feeling. The treatment areas may feel slightly tender for a day or two afterward, similar to a mild sunburn.
